Recently, a set of plywood production equipment exported by Shandong Jinlun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.—including fully automatic glue spreaders and multi-layer hot presses—has been successfully installed and commissioned at a plywood factory in Peru. This project marks another important step for Jinlun Machinery in the South American market, providing local manufacturers with highly efficient and reliable plywood production solutions.

The exported equipment includes one 4-feet automatic glue spreader, one 8-feet automatic glue spreader, and two multi-layer hot presses.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with the plywood production line, the system achieves continuous processing from veneer glue application to final hot pressing and forming. The glue spreaders utilize a precise glue control system to ensure uniform coating and stable adhesive performance, significantly enhancing the bonding quality of the panels. The hot presses are equipped with a reinforced press structure and advanced temperature control system, delivering uniform pressure and sufficient curing during the pressing process, which greatly improves panel strength, stability, and surface finish.

For many years, Jinlun Machinery has relied on strong manufacturing capabilities, advanced technological development, and comprehensive after-sales support to supply wood-processing equipment to customers in South America, Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and many other regions. The successful implementation of this Peru project once again demonstrates Jinlun Machinery’s ability to deliver high-performance plywood production equipment and professional onsite services to customers worldwide.

Jinlun Machinery will continue to uphold its philosophy of “technology-driven development and quality-based value,” providing global customers with more efficient, environmentally friendly, and economical wood-processing solutions, contributing to the sustainable and high-quality development of the international plywood industry.
