A new 8-feet fully automatic veneer peeling line has been successfully installed and commissioned in a Latin American plywood factory, marking another milestone in our company’s overseas market expansion.

This production line is equipped with a complete set of wood-processing machinery, including a log cutting saw, heavy-duty debarker, high-precision veneer peeling machine, and automatic veneer stacker. From raw log input to finished veneer stacking, the entire process is automated, ensuring consistent product quality and efficient manufacturing flow.

Thanks to the integrated control system and optimized mechanical layout, the whole production line requires only one operator for daily running, which significantly reduces labor costs and improves production management efficiency.

Under standard working conditions, this 8-feet line can achieve an output of up to 80 cubic meters of veneer per day, meeting the needs of medium- to large-scale veneer and plywood production in Latin America.

Our experienced engineering team traveled to the customer’s plant to carry out installation, commissioning, and hands-on operator training. During the installation period, engineers provided detailed guidance covering machine operation, maintenance routines, troubleshooting skills, and productivity optimization.

The entire installation and training process took 15 days from arrival to stable production, ensuring that the local team could independently operate the production line with confidence.
