This newly installed 8-feet automatic veneer peeling production line in Brazil represents another successful overseas project for our company. The production line is composed of a complete set of log processing and veneer peeling equipment, including a log cutting saw, heavy-duty debarker, high-precision veneer peeling machine, and fully automatic veneer stacker. From raw log feeding to final veneer stacking, the entire process is fully automated, ensuring stable production, uniform veneer quality, and greatly improved labor efficiency.

The system is designed so that only one operator is required to run the whole line, helping customers reduce labor dependence and production costs. Under normal factory conditions, this 8-feet line can produce up to 80 cubic meters of veneer per day, meeting the medium-to-large volume production needs of plywood factories in South America.

On February 20th, our technical engineers traveled to the customer’s factory in Brazil to complete on-site installation, commissioning, and training. During the installation period, our team worked closely with the customer, providing systematic training on equipment operation, maintenance standards, daily troubleshooting, and production-capacity optimization. The entire installation and training process took 15 days from equipment arrival to stable commissioning, ensuring that the customer’s operators could independently manage production smoothly.

This successful installation further demonstrates our commitment to supporting global customers with high-efficiency veneer production solutions, localized service, rapid response, and reliable technological support.
