A 4ft automated dual veneer peeling line supplied by Jinlun Machinery has been successfully installed and put into operation at a plywood manufacturing facility in Argentina. The new production line is designed to meet the customer’s demand for stable, efficient, and high-volume veneer processing, while greatly reducing labor intensity and improving wood utilization.
This dual-line configuration allows a single log feeding system to supply two independent 4ft rotary peeling machines at the same time. By using shared equipment and optimized production layout, the factory can achieve continuous and balanced output, minimizing downtime during log loading or blade adjustment. The veneer peeling machines adopt Jinlun’s latest hydraulic and numerical control technology, ensuring consistent veneer thickness, smooth surface quality, and maximum recovery from every log.

In addition to the peeling section, the production line is equipped with an automated veneer conveyor and stacking system. These components help streamline downstream handling, allowing peeled veneer sheets to be automatically transported, sorted, and stacked with minimal operator intervention. As a result, the entire production process—from log input to finished veneer stacks—can be completed with fewer workers while keeping production speed steadily high.

The production line has now been running smoothly and has received strong approval from the customer for its reliability, performance, and visible improvements in productivity and cost savings. The successful installation in Argentina further strengthens Jinlun Machinery’s presence in South America and highlights the company’s capability to deliver advanced plywood and veneer solutions to customers worldwide.

Jinlun Machinery will continue to focus on technological innovation, product quality, and global service support, offering efficient and cost-effective wood processing solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness in the international plywood industry.
