This machine automatically cuts logs into the required size and conveys them into the log debarker, ensuring a smooth veneer production process.
Without this equipment, logs must be cut manually, which is inefficient and unsafe for workers. With automated feeding, clamping, sawing, and discharging functions, the Log Cutting Saw allows continuous operation and significantly improves production efficiency.
Logs are transported into the sawing area via a chain or conveyor belt. The alloy circular saw blade cuts the wood at high speed, achieving precise, clean, and efficient cutting. Depending on production requirements, the machine can be equipped with one to three blades, or an optional chain saw blade for oversized logs.
