1, the drilling plate maintenance. Good veneer hot press machine must be configured with a good drilling board, so that the plywood pressed out looks good, flat and some like a mirror! If the hot platen is deformed, poor heat transfer will seriously affect the manufacturing process of the plate.

2, the cylinder. Strengthen the protection of the cylinder, replace the oil seal regularly, and check the lubrication of the cylinder.

3, petrol station. Change dirty oil in time to ensure the cleanliness of the system.
